• Last Name
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Username
• Password
• Billing Address
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country
• Reason for Cancellation
• Last 4 Digits of Card
• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge

Follow these steps:

1. Navigate your internet browser to https://www.walmart.com/help
2. Click on the chat bubble in the bottom right corner
3. Click on the text box and type “agent”
4. Provide the agent with your account info
5. Select “Start Chat”
6. Provide the agent with your account info
7. Advise the representative that you want to cancel your account
8. Ask for a verbal confirmation code or email as proof of your cancellation
9. Retain the confirmation information you’re given

1. Navigate your internet browser to https://www.walmart.com/plus
2. Click on “Sign In” at the top right corner
3. You’ll need to login with email and password
4. By scrolling down, find “Manage MY Membership”
5. By scrolling down, find “Cancel Walmart+ Membership”
6. Retain the confirmation information you’re given
