In 2016, the company launched a subsidiary, Privacy Now, which is the first IBM Watson-enabled consumer identity theft and privacy service.
Identity Guard has three memberships available, which are Value, Total, and Premier. All plans include IBM Watson Artificial Intelligence, $1M insurance for stolen funds, a United States-based Case Manager, risk management score, online dashboard, and access to the Identity Guard mobile app. The Value plan is $8.99 per month and includes alerts about your personal information on the dark web, high-risk transactions, and potential threats to your identity. It also includes an anti-phishing mobile app and a safe browsing extension. The Total plan is $19.99 per month and includes everything that the Value plan includes, plus alerts on credit changes, bank account takeovers, requests to open new accounts with your information, and monthly credit score updates. The Premier plan is $24.99 per month and includes everything that the Total plan includes plus 3-credit credit report monitoring and social insight reporting.
