Single-family home renters insurance starts at $17.42 per month or $209.00 per year for a $100,000 liability policy with $20,000 of personal property coverage and a $250.00 deductible. Identity theft and fraud protection add-ons can be added for an additional monthly or annual charge along with the Renters insurance.
