Meet the Team
William Britt
William J. Britt, Junior author, joined our team a year ago after earning his Associate’s Degree. He works part-time with us while he continues towards his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. Once William graduates, he plans to use his degree and the writing skills learned as Junior Author, to be a political writer. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, especially with unique ingredients, hiking, and learning Mandarin Chinese. He has three nieces and four nephews with whom he enjoys spending time. William believes that learning a culture’s food and language helps to learn about the people themselves. In his short time as Junior Author here at Accountkiller.com, he has already become a cancelling expert.
Evelyn Dixon
Evelyn S. Dixon, Junior Author, has really taken the term “customer advocacy” to the next level in the three years since she joined our team. She has been writing short fiction stories since childhood, loves reading military biographies, visiting military museums, and going to air shows whenever possible. Evelyn is working on her first full-length futuristic novel with a focus on military action. Her favorite aspect of her job here at Accountkiller.com is helping customers reduce their stress by cancelling accounts no longer relevant to them and thereby saving money each month.
Roberto Hatch
Roberto M. Hatch, Senior Author, has been on the Accountkiller.com team for just under a decade as one of our early cancellation experts. He has proven time and again to be a valuable resource in the field, acting as primary trainer for new staff as they come aboard. Roberto spends his free time with his wife of 18 years and their two teenage sons. Their favorite hobby is travelling to a single country over several trips to thoroughly explore it. Their favorite countries so far include Ireland and Argentina. Roberto and his family live by Mark Twain’s quote, “Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness.”
Kathryn Worley
Kathryn A Worley, Senior Author, is our newest team member at Accountkiller.com, coming to us from the news field as a former editorial writer of a national publication. She was immediately hooked on our mission to help consumers easily cancel accounts that may otherwise be difficult or sometimes seemingly impossible. Kathryn and her twin sister are competitive in 5k and 10k races and enjoy raising money for a variety of charities that way. She is the proud mother of a college-bound daughter, who has also began training to join her mother and aunt in charity race events.
Robin Waters
Robin C Waters, Researcher / Author, started with Accountkiller.com as a Junior Author five years ago. Her natural curiosity and strong attention to detail moved her into the Researcher role early on. Robin enjoys taking on the challenge of difficult account cancellations, uncovering the hidden details and nuances of each, and making them easy for our customers. In her spare time, she and her wife take care of injured or malnourished rescue dogs, bringing them back to full health so they can be adopted out to a loving home. Robin is an 80’s film and TV buff, whose favorite quote is from the A-Team, “I love it when a plan comes together.”
Zoe Ranken
Zoe Ranken, Researcher / Author, has been with Accountkiller.com for six years and comes from a sales and marketing background, previously having worked with health and beauty products. Having an insider’s understanding of advertising and customer retention, Zoe is able to help our customers bypass the tips and tricks that companies use to prevent account cancellations. In her spare time, she enjoys role-playing video games and yoga. Every Saturday morning, Zoe volunteers by teaching a senior yoga class at the local community center. She believes that helping seniors keep their bodies strong and flexible will also keep their minds strong and flexible.
