Step 1. Write up a letter and request cancellation within it. Provide all of your account info as listed. Sign and date the letter and keep a copy for your records.
Step 2. Head to the post office to use certified mail and send your letter to the address provided to you by the gym
Step 3. Contact the business at the phone number for the gym you signed up at or attended most frequently after your letter is received to ensure your account is cancelled
Step 4. Ask for a verbal confirmation code or email as proof of your cancellation
Step 5. Retain the confirmation information you’re given
